SOURCING

To build a robust manpower pool, we utilize diverse sourcing methods including fieldwork, newspaper advertisements, word-of-mouth, headhunting, social media postings, and personnel mobilization. These efforts ensure we have a vast and varied data bank of potential candidates.

PRE-SELECTION

Our agency continuously updates its data bank with pre-qualified and screened applicants, ensuring we always have a list of skilled workers ready to meet client demands.

PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW

Technical specialists conduct one-on-one interviews with applicants to evaluate their qualifications and determine their suitability for the employer’s final selection.

FINAL INTERVIEW

​Client representatives conduct final interviews to make the ultimate decision on candidate acceptance. During this stage, working conditions and terms of engagement are thoroughly discussed.

MEDICAL & PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTS

Accepted applicants are required to pass medical and psychological examinations conducted by accredited medical clinics to ensure they are fit for their new roles.

TRADE TESTS

When necessary, applicants’ technical abilities are tested at Trade Test Centers accredited by the National Manpower & Youth Council to verify their skills.

PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR

As mandated by the POEA, accredited centers provide pre-departure orientation seminars to inform workers about the customs, cultural expectations, and conditions of their host country.

PRE-DEPARTURE BRIEFING

Our Recruitment and Operations Manager conducts additional pre-departure briefings to prepare workers for their new work environment, emphasizing the code of behavior, laws, and ethics in their host countries.

TICKETING & AIRLINE RESERVATION

We offer ticketing and airline reservation services for both workers and principals, ensuring a smooth and organized travel process.

AIRPORT ASSISTANCE

To assist candidates, especially those traveling abroad for the first time, we provide comprehensive airport assistance, ensuring a seamless departure process.
